Hosted by Saint-Gobain Glass, this popular free CPD is a must for any architects, designers, fabricators, specifiers or contractors who want to learn the latest around specifying the right glass and glazing products for different building projects.

Attendees will find out everything from specification documents, how the product is made, different terms and definitions, glass thickness, coatings and mechanical strengths of this versatile product.

There will be advice and insights into the latest glass innovations, considerations when using glass in construction and standards for visual inspections. Saint-Gobain Glass will also explain what support and tools it offers to help those in the construction industry use glass in design and buildings effectively.

Join Saint-Gobain PAM on Thursday 28th June for Unlocking the Benefits of Building Information Modelling (BIM).

Hosted by Saint-Gobain PAM, the free event will give designers and contractors the chance to share their experiences of designing using BIM and find out how new developments and innovations in BIM will benefit the construction supply chain.

Attendees will hear from industry leaders – including speakers from UK BIM Alliance, Majenta Solutions, Smart Design Hub, and Turner & Townsend – who will explain how BIM can help the supply chain, advice on overcoming challenges, and real-life examples of the tangible benefits BIM has brought to recent projects. Refreshments will be available.

Workspaces include three meeting rooms and an events space, which allows for a variety of different types of activates.

Multi Comfort Visitor Centre - Virtual Reality

Showcasing our Multi Comfort virtual reality environment, visitors can experience Multi Comfort buildings themselves. Using the latest Oculus virtual reality headset technology guests can jump into the virtual world and explore four different Multi Comfort buildings: a home, office, school and hospital.
